off-brand cell providers

currently have ATT. I am thinking of switching to Cricket. I like that they don't require a contract and they are cheaper.
99% of my usage is in the city, so I am not worried about rural coverage.

Anyone else use Cricket or some other unknown company? How is reception and CS?

i had a company called mobi once. it was the worst experience of my life. if you dont have to switch its well worth not doing so imo.

one of my buddies has cricket and we all laugh at him...could be the worst phone company in the history of phone companies...i can honestly never remember having a conversation with him that was not cut off or so distorted i could not understand
